Forgotten Ventilation Guards

A co-op builder came to us mid-build with a problem. His team had forgotten to install the ventilation guards, and the original compliance calculation had depended on them being in place. Ripping the build apart to fit them later would have meant days of rework and lost momentum. and a blow out of the budget. So we looked elsewhere.

We found other areas of the build that hadn't been finished yet, where targeted improvements could make up the difference and still hit compliance. We recalculated, then produced a new H1 report proving the updated approach met every requirement. The builder kept moving forward, no rework, no delay, and a documented path to compliance in hand.
