A show home has one job: make people want the development behind it. This one was narrowly failing H1 compliance, and the obvious next step was R0.50 high performance glazing - a costly upgrade that would have made no visual difference to the home at all.

Spending big money on something a buyer never notices is the wrong move for a show home.
